Acceptance
By placing an order on nwesta.com, you accept these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter contracts in your jurisdiction.
Product information
We make best efforts to describe products accurately. Specifications and prices are subject to change without notice. Color and finish on photographs may differ slightly from the physical product.
Pricing & taxes
All prices are in INR and inclusive of 18% GST unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors. Export customers may be quoted in USD on request.
Order acceptance
An order is accepted only when payment is captured and a confirmation email is sent. We may decline orders that fail fraud checks, list shipping addresses we cannot serve, or breach export-control law.
Shipping & delivery
Estimated dispatch times are stated on the product page. Actual delivery times depend on the courier and destination. We are not liable for courier delays beyond our control.
Defects & warranty
All standard propellers ship with a 30-day manufacturing-defect warranty. The warranty does not cover crash damage, misuse, modification, or wear from normal use. See our return policy for the claim procedure.
Liability
Our maximum liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the affected order. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or aircraft-loss damages.
Intellectual property
NWESTA's site content, designs, images, and product photography are our property. You may not reproduce or redistribute them without written consent.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Banda, Madhya Pradesh.
