What we collect
When you place an order or create an account, we collect your name, email, phone, shipping address, and order history. When you submit an RFQ, we collect the contact and requirement details you provide. We store payment metadata (Razorpay order and payment IDs) but never your card numbers — Razorpay handles all payment card data directly.
Why we collect it
To fulfill your order, support you afterward, comply with Indian tax and accounting law, and (if you opt in) send you occasional product updates. We do not sell your data or share it with marketing platforms.
Third parties we share data with
Razorpay (payment processing), Shiprocket (shipping fulfillment), Cloudflare R2 (file storage), Railway (database hosting), Vercel (web hosting). Each of these is bound by its own privacy terms. We share only the minimum required for the service.
Cookies
We use first-party cookies for authentication (admin and customer sessions) and to identify your cart between visits. We do not use third-party tracking cookies.
Your rights under DPDP Act 2023
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data. Email us at hello@nwesta.com — we respond within 30 days.
Data retention
Order records are retained for 7 years to comply with GST and accounting law. Account data is retained while your account is active; deletion is permanent.
