Dispatch times
Standard SKUs ship within 24 hours of payment capture. Bespoke runs ship per the quoted timeline.
Pan-India shipping
We ship India-wide via Shiprocket-network couriers. Tier-1 metro delivery: 2–4 business days. Tier-2/3 and remote regions: 4–7 business days.
Shipping cost
Final shipping is calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination pincode. Free shipping applies on orders above ₹5,000 (limited time offer — confirm at checkout).
Tracking
You receive an AWB number by email and SMS once the courier picks up. Track via the courier's portal or your order page on nwesta.com.
International shipping
We export to select markets in South Asia, Southeast Asia, the Middle East, and the EU. Contact engineering@nwesta.com for a quote. The customer is responsible for import duties and clearance.
Lost or damaged shipments
If a shipment is lost in transit or arrives visibly damaged, email hello@nwesta.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We file the carrier claim and ship a replacement.
