Standard SKU returns
Unopened standard SKUs may be returned within 7 days of delivery for a full refund, less return shipping. Items must be in original packaging with the batch sticker intact.
Manufacturing defects
If a propeller shows a manufacturing defect (delamination, balance failure, crack at the hub) within 30 days of delivery, we cover return shipping and replace the unit free of charge.
Crash damage & misuse
We do not accept returns for crash damage, modification, over-RPM operation, or wear from normal use.
Bespoke runs
Custom-geometry or non-standard material runs are non-returnable except for verified manufacturing defects. We send pre-production samples on every bespoke order so you can confirm fit and performance before the full batch ships.
How to start a return
Email hello@nwesta.com with your order ID and the reason. We send return shipping instructions within one business day. Refunds are credited to the original payment method within 7 business days of receipt.
