Six industries. One bar for what's flight-ready.
The blade requirements for a defence ISR drone and an agricultural spray drone look nothing alike — but the engineering standard we hold ourselves to is the same. Below is what we deliver to each segment.
Mission-grade props for tactical and ISR platforms.
Acoustic-tuned blades for surveillance loadouts. Composite blades engineered for sustained high-RPM cruise. Batch-traceable for defence procurement compliance. We work directly with Indian UAV integrators serving paramilitary, border-security, and Tier-1 OEM contracts.
Typical spec
| Diameter range | 14"–28" |
|---|---|
| Materials | CFRP, GFRP hybrid |
| Balance grade | ISO 1940 G1.0 available |
| Traceability | Batch + lot etched |
Heavy-lift propellers for spraying and seeding.
Long-flight-time geometries tuned for the 10–20 kg payload class used in agri-spray drones. Corrosion-resistant coatings rated for pesticide and fertilizer exposure. Replacement blades stocked at our Banda hub for next-day pan-India dispatch.
Typical spec
| Diameter range | 22"–32" |
|---|---|
| Materials | CFRP with anti-corrosion coat |
| Payload class | 10–20 kg |
| Stocking | Same-day dispatch |
Lightweight high-RPM blades tuned for response.
Injection-moulded and CFRP blades from 4" to 10" for racing, freestyle, and cinematic platforms. We characterize each design for thrust-per-watt and prop-wash recovery, so you can pick a blade by flight feel, not by guesswork.
Typical spec
| Diameter range | 4"–10" |
|---|---|
| Pitch options | 3.5"–5.5" |
| Blade count | 2 / 3 / 4 / 5 |
| Materials | PC injection / CFRP |
Low-vibration props for stable photogrammetry.
Tight balance and low harmonic content keep your gimbal calm. Our standard balance-grade lot for surveying SKUs is held to G1.0 because vibration in the airframe ends up as motion blur in your orthomosaic.
Typical spec
| Diameter range | 15"–22" |
|---|---|
| Balance grade | ISO 1940 G1.0 |
| Vibration spec | <2 mm/s @ design RPM |
| Use case | PPK / RTK platforms |
Endurance-tuned blades for last-mile delivery.
High-aspect-ratio blades optimized for cruise efficiency, not just hover thrust. The right propeller stretches your delivery radius and your battery life — both of which decide whether the business case closes.
Typical spec
| Diameter range | 18"–26" |
|---|---|
| Optimization target | Cruise efficiency |
| Materials | CFRP, lightweight resin |
| Endurance gain | Up to 12% vs commodity |
Quiet low-noise blades for confined sites.
Inspection drones flying inside hangars, near substations, and in proximity to workers need low SPL props. We tune both blade chord and tip geometry to push the dominant tonal frequency out of the human-sensitive band.
Typical spec
| Diameter range | 10"–18" |
|---|---|
| Noise target | < 70 dB @ 1m hover |
| Materials | CFRP / PC composite |
| Use case | Confined-space inspection |
Building a platform we don't cover here?
Marine drones, swarms, tethered platforms — if you have a duty cycle and a thrust envelope, we have an engineer to talk to.
